Welcome to our Model Tutorials in the Sun, the Academy holds several trips abroad throughout the year to exotic locations around the world to shoot portfolios for new and existing models. We have been running the trips abroad for two years now shooting in glamourous locations such as the Red Sea Riviera in Egypt, and trips to Majorca.

In fact over 50 new and existing models, and even well known Page 3 girls have joined us to shoot their calendars and portfolio with us abroad! 2012 has already seen a sell out trip to Egypt in January where 15 models joined us for a week in the sun, and shoots on the Red Sea.

The girls on the Egypt trip spent the week taking part in photoshoots around the resort, and on the private beaches at sunrise and sunset, and had a great time partying as well. Between shoots the girls had massages and used the spa, sunbathed in the 28 degree sunshine by the pool, and enjoyed plenty of shopping! Some even took part in camel rides through the desert at sunset, enjoyed quad biking trips, and had bbq's under the stars in the desert in Egyptian Bedouin tents!

Everyone had an amazing time in Egypt, and the team were very sad to be leaving! However we are very excited about announcing our next trip - Ibiza June 2012! Many of the girls from Egypt trip will be returning to shoot and party with us in Ibiza, and if you want to join us make sure you also see the details below!

We will likely be returning to Egypt again this November, or February 2013 depending on Kerri's availability. Full details of this trip will become available in the summer, after we return from the Ibiza trip. So stay tuned for more info coming soon!

Ibiza - Summer 2012 ONLY £300 plus flights!

Welcome to our June Academy trip - where we will be heading off to San Antonio Bay in Ibiza for a fantastic week of photoshoots and parties! This is our budget trip, compared to the prices of shooting with us in Egypt, which are already low at just £699, this trip is brought to you at even more great value - but without compromising on quality!

This trip costs just £300 plus the cost of flights, which we will either book for the girls or they are welcome to book themselves. Flights cost around £100 plus baggage from Gatwick, but by doing flights seperately girls can fly from wherever they want in the UK and save on travelling costs!

The £300 cost is broken down into £100 for your accommodation for the week, sharing a twin room with another girl, on a self catering basis, and £200 for your photoshoots. This fantastic price even including flights is still approximately £400 which is less than what you would pay in the UK for a full day in most photographic studios!

We have done this trip on a self catering basis, as on our last all inclusive trip to Egypt, many girls slept through breakfast after partying the night before, and many also wanted to eat out at different bars and restaurants each night. So this trip is brought to you much cheaper as a result, and girls can chose where they wish to eat and when. With plenty of supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and bars right next to the hotel they will be spoiled for choice on where to eat!

Girls will take part in a variety of shoots during their trip, with days off to relax and sunbath as they wish, and plenty of time for nights out and partying as well! Our Academy promoters will be contacting the best clubs in the area before the trip to ensure the girls get star treatment once they arrive and are on all of the best guest lists!

Alternate dates: Dates for this trip will be available shortly, we are just working on finding the closest price to that advertised for the week. For those wishing to stay for two weeks simply add £100 to the cost of the trip to cover the cost of the hotel. Shoots will be on set days so you can split your four days shooting over the two weeks if you wish. This option is for girls wanting to spend lots of time partying and enjoying the Ibiza nightlife!

The £300 price includes

Accomodation - Sharing a twin room at the hotel, situated right on the beach with private pool.

Shoots - Your trip includes 4 days of shoots with the Academy photographer Mike Parsons, shoots will be done by the pool and on the beach, and also include sunset shots.

All images on DVD - You will keep every image from the trip on DVD to take away in high resolution and logo free to use as you wish. You can use the images for your portfolio or send them to agencies and magazines, many girls from our trips have had their images printed in Nuts, Zoo, FHM and many other men's magazines.

Image retouching - Your favourite five images from the trip will also be professionally retouched by the Academy photographer Mike Parsons.

2013 Calendar - You will have your favourite images made into your very own 2012 official A3 calendar designed, printed and produced by our partners and placed on our online store! You will have the option of earning money from each calendar sold, so make sure you bring 12 different bikini's with you - one for each month!

Whats not included in the price:

Flights are not included, as detailed above, to allow girls to sort their own flights from wherever they wish to fly from in the UK. As an example flights from Gatwick are around £100 plus baggage. If girls wish for us to book their flights for them we can, or they are welcome to arrange them themselves.

Transfers are not included in the price however by booking as a group these are very cheap, you will be advised of transfer costs when you book or if several of you are flying from the same place you are welcome to book a taxi to the resort.

Food and drink is not included in the price, there are plenty of cafes, supermarkets and bars and restaurants nearby for you to eat at.

Hair and make up is not included on the trip, as we find most girls prefer to do their own or help each other than pay extra for make up.

You will receive a Model Handbook written by Kerri with examples of poses to try on the beach, as well as training and advice from her throughout the week on the trip. So if you have no idea how to pose do not worry as Kerri and her team will help you every step of the way. Learn all about the model industry whilst sunbathing by the pool, or sipping cocktails in the evening!

Teens are welcome on the trip to shoot portfolios if accompanied by a parent or guardian, who will pay for their hotel and flights accordingly.

Booking onto the trip

To book onto the trip please contact us here. On booking onto the trip and paying a deposit you agree to the terms and conditions stated here: 1. On booking onto the trip you agree to pay the full cost of £300. You agree to pay any legal costs in recovering the remainder of the installements if you do not pay. The £100 hotel fee is due immediately to book you onto the trip, and we recommend booking flights as early as possible to get the cheapest rates. The fee's of £200 can be paid in installments leading up to the trip.

2. No refunds can be given once you have been booked onto the trip through the travel agents as they will not refund any monies paid. 3. Please ensure you have adequate travel insurance in place who will be able to cover the cost of your holiday in an emergency i.e loss of passport, sickness and so on. It is a legal requirement that you book travel insurance and by booking onto this trip you agree that you have travel insurance - or will purchase it before you travel. A single European trip policy can cost as little as £10 and not only covers your holiday, but personal belongings, personal injury and sickness abroad. You will also be required to get a European health card which is free and covers you for sickness in Europe, you can find more details about this here. If you wish for us to purchase travel insurance for you we can do this at a cost of £25 to cover the insurance policy and admin fee's.

4. You are required to find your own transport to the airport and back again, there are usually models and photographers from all over the country attending so you may be able to car share to cut costs. 5. You will be required to check in at least two hours before departure, for those also travelling from Gatwick we will have an arranged meeting point. If you miss the flight it is up to you to claim under your travel insurance no refunds will be given from the Academy or the travel company.

6. You agree to act in a friendly and professional manner at all times, we want you to enjoy a holiday and a few drinks in the evening - we are not there to babysit you and tell you how to act. However you must be nice to the Academy team, resort staff and other girls at all times, we do not accept nasty behaviour on our trips. 7. We advise you do not go anywhere alone whist abroad - whilst the resorts are very safe please do not walk outside the resort or go into town alone. Kerri can advise you on the safest options and where to go, how to get taxi's and so on if you do wish to go somewhere in a small group. Your safety on this trip is of highest importance and you agree not to endanger yourself whilst on our trip by going off alone or by using unlicensed taxi's.

8. If unforseen circumstances arise which are out of our control then your trip will be rescheduled through the travel company as per there terms and conditions. These circumstances can include volcanic activity, 'random acts of god', terrorism and so on. If this is to happen then we will carry forward the portfolio shoots to when the travel company can reschedule the holiday and rebook the entire trip at no expense to you or us. From booking through a major tour operator such as them you are covered should such circumstances arise. No refunds will be given for Academy fee's paid to us as these would have already been spent through the travel company on sending our team out there as well. Should the travel or flight companies chose not to refund you this is out of the control of the Academy however this is why you must take out insurance. We will take out our own insurance to cover sending out our team in this instance as well. On booking onto the trip you agree to these terms and conditions in full.
