The Model of the Year 2010 final would not be possible without the following people. The Academy team would like to thank them for all their hard work and dedication in making this one of the biggest modelling competitions in the UK! Also a big thank you to everyone who has helped make our previous 2008 and 2009 competitions such as success!

Kerri set up The Model of the Year final because so many beauty pageants charge girls hundreds of pounds to enter, but then do not promote their winners making it a complete waste of time for all involved.

The Model of the Year final actively promotes all it's finalists not just the winner, and the competition has been featured on the BBC seen by millions!

Peter Bennison - Press and sponsorship organiser

Peter works behind the scenes handling press enquiries for Kerri and sending out press releases about the contest, ensuring it gets maximum publicity throughout the UK! Peter also handles sponsorship enquiries and individual bookings for the finalists as well for jobs and appearances.

Peter has helped out since the competition began back in 2008 and is a valuable asset to The Model of the Year competition each year! He also runs Kerri's agency and handles her bookings and that of all the Academy models.

Natalie Money - Official organiser of The Model of the Month heats

Natalie organises The Model of the Month heats each month, promoting the competition and taking entries from all the Academy girls!

Each month she puts all of the entrants onto Facebook groups to give them all exposure, and ensure they are seen my Kerri's media contacts.

Natalie also promotes the competition to all new models joining the Academy, and helps them to get started out with us.

Natalie also helps judge all live competition heats and organise the events leading up to the grand final, and on the night of the final as well!

Rob Lamarr - Official presenter for the grand final

Rob Lamarr hosts Channel 5's Supercasino show and is the Academys official presenter for all live events including The Miss Norfolk final for Miss Great Britain and all Model of the Year events.

Rob has presented both the 2008, and 2009 Model of the Year finals and we look forward to seeing him again this November for the 2010 competition!

You can currently see Robs face on billboards for Channel 5 all around the UK! If you tune into his show make sure you email or text in for him to give you a shout out and be sure to mention the Academy!

Paul Ovenden - Official DJ for The Model of the Year grand final

Paul aka 'Mindy' has been the official DJ for the last two years at the Model of the Year grand final, and also helped out with various fashion shows, charity events and parties the Academy has held.

We look forward to welcoming him back for the 2010 grand final, and also for our Miss Norfolk grand final as well for the Miss Great Britain contest!

Design

Damian Thomas - Graphic designer/calendar design

Damian (Kerri's partner) is the Academy's graphic designer, who does all of our design for flyers, logo's, web pages, banners and so on!

Damian also retouches all of the images for the Model of the Year official calendar and designs the entire calendar himself!

Damian has just graduated a 3 year honours degree in Graphic Design and now works freelance, clients include Max Giammello, Fitness First, and House of Fraser.

Damian will also be designing the promotional videos to advertise the event, and to be shown on screen during the show.

Hair and Make up

Max Giamello - Max and his team are the official hair stylists at the grand final

Max and his team will be styling the girls hair at the Model of the Year grand final, ensuring they all look fantastic on stage! The team then do a change of style for the evening wear as well.

Max judged the 2009 grand final and we hope he will be joining us on the 2010 judging panel!Max also styles and colours Kerri's hair and has donated a generous £1000 worth of vouchers for the winners the last 2 years running, and for this years final as well!

All VIP guests at the grand final receive goody bags and £10 vouchers to Max's salon as well!

Jane Webb Make up artist at Estee Lauder

Jane has been the Model of the Year official make up artist since the contest began in 2008, using only the best Estee Lauder make up to ensure the girls look amazing on the night!

Jane also offers complimentary make-overs at Estee Lauder in House of Fraser Norwich to all finalists and Academy girls simply go in and book an appointment with her!

Estee Lauder always put in prizes each year for the winners, runners up, and prizes for the charity raffle as well.

Lee is the official photographer for the Academy and Kerri's personal photographer as well, Lee shoots the Model of the Year calendar each year and also takes images at the event.
