A big congratulations to Louise Daynes who has made the 2010 Babe squad for Max Power magazine! Louise has had various shoots for the magazine and now will be appearing at all the car shows this year with them.

Voting is still ongoing for the rest of the squad, with many Academy girls making the cut! Kerri as usual let all the girls know the contest was on ensuring loads of our girls made the final cut! We look forward to seeing which of them will join Louise in the 2010 squad.

At the same time Kerri let the girls know about the Miss Fast Car contest, and several Academy girls are featured in the magazine this month! A big well done to all our girls!

Wrapping up 2009 and a happy Christmas to all Academy members and new models!

Kerri and the team would like to thank everyone for their support throughout 2009, The Academy has grown so much over the last year and has helped hundreds of new and existing models since we began! A big thank you to Shell who donated a grant to help Kerri develop the business and The Model of the Year grand final, after Kerri won their Grand Ideas Awards earlier this year out of hundreds of business entrants!

We are very excited about new things we are bringing to the Academy for 2010, and even more opportunities for all our members! Wishing everyone a happy Christmas and successful new year.

Kerri on the BBC - various appearances this month!

Kerri has appeared on BBC several times this month as a spokeswoman for the modelling industry. She has had several live slots on BBC Norfolk where she has taken several of her Academy girls in to chat live on air with her, including the new Model of the Year winner Talitha Minnis!

She has also featured in various newspapers about The Model of the Year contest and how she hopes to change the industry. The BBC loved the interviews Kerri did for Radio Norfolk and for their website so they placed her as the main story on the BBC England homepage for millions to see! The homepage feature also talked about scams affecting the industry and how many girls are ripped off by beauty pageants.

With so much going on in the press at the moment about models being scammed new girls wanting to get into the industry don't have many people to turn to that they can trust. Kerri not only runs the biggest model training school in the UK, she is always available to Academy members and non members alike to offer them advice and help them to avoid scams.
