There are various ways to enter the Model of the Year heats, with 30 heats throughout the year girls from all over the UK aged 14-30 are can enter! There are various heats you can enter and it does not matter if you are married or have children!

Contests you can enter:

• Model of the Month - calendar girl heats - Academy girls can enter the monthly heats as many times as they like for free throughout the year! They will also be awarded the title 'Miss January...' and so on for the month they win, and have a featured page in The Model of the Year 2011 calendar! • Model Tutorial Day - live contests - Anyone can attend our Model Tutorial Days whether you are an Academy member or not, and each one features a live modelling contest to win a place in the final! You can view all of our days and book on here.

• Other live events and public voting contests - Throughout the year you will find several other live events and public voting rounds later in the year as well which do not require an entry fee. Keep an eye out for these throughout the year!

All of our 30 finalists will receive:

• Free entry to the Model of the Year 2011 grand final on Friday 5th November

• A photo shoot for the Model of the Year 2011 calendar with ten images to keep

• One months free gym membership to Fitness First worth £44

• A goody bag of prizes, vouchers and Model Support merchandise at the final

• The chance to win a share of £13,000 worth of prizes at the final!

• A featured profile on The Model of the Year finalist page
