Model of the Year

Welcome to the Model of the Year competition, Kerri set up this competition when the Academy opened in 2008 to help new models get started out in the industry. Since then the contest has grown on a massive scale, with the 2009 contest being seen by millions on the BBC as their featured story on the BBC England website!

Kerri has had lots of interviews and appearances with the BBC and other media regarding the contest, as being one of the best in the UK for not charging girls hundreds of pounds to enter like most pageants!

There are various ways to win a place in the grand final, please see how to enter here. Talitha Minnis aged 17 from Lowestoft walked away as our 2009 Model of the Year winner, taking home thousands of pounds worth of prizes! There were over £13,000 worth of prizes up for grabs in the 2009 final which we are looking to beat in the 2010 competition.

These included a £1000 website, and £1000 worth of salon vouchers for celebrity hairstylist Max Giammello's salon in Norwich! You will be able to view Talitha's new website this April as she has been busy shooting for her portfolio with the Academy - including a shoot in a multi-million pound mansion with indoor pool and spa!

The 2010 competition will be held on Friday 5th November, once again at the exclusive Sprowston Manor in Norfolk. Girls aged 14-30 can enter the pageant, and we do not have limitations if you are married or have children!
