''I have always dreamed of being a grid girl and I came across The Kerri Parker Academy when I was searching for a way to pursue this dream. Since joining as a member, Kerri gave me the opportunity to be a grid girl and it was the best experience I could ever imagine! It has opened the door to many more offers which have now enabled me to become an experienced grid girl, all thanks to Kerri for making my dream come true!

Modelling has always been an ambition of mine and I can honestly say Kerri has made this happen at a time I was willing to give up on trying, and my modelling portfolio has expanded enormously! I owe a lot of thanks to Kerri, she is truly a beautiful, amazing person who helps you every step of the way and not only this she has become a great friend :) Thanks Kerri so much! xx'' Charlotte Powell, Academy member and Grid Girl

The 2011 Grid Girl winners spent the day in Norwich shooting for the official 2012 calendar at Tinklers Motorbike showrooms. Their workshop provided an excellent set for the calendar shoot and they supplied us with some gorgeous motorbikes to shoot on as well! The girls spent the whole day shooting so they also had plenty of portfolio images to keep from the day! The Grid Girl 2011 winners will be working as part of our 2012 racing series team and have already appeared at several events for us this summer as well.

Part of their role as a Grid Girl winner was to work as a Grid Girl on the race tracks for Thundersport GB and appear on television! Several of the girls held umbrella's over the riders, whilst others handed our awards to the winners and posed for the press in attendance! Louise Daynes who was awarded the title of 'Miss Thundersport GB' held up the racing boards for the television crews to start each race!
