Open Days

Every Friday the Academy holds open days where you can come to the Studio at Riverside in Norwich and meet with the Academy manager Kathleen, and Kerri as well. We are happy to meet with new and existing models, who are interested in joining the Academy or coming to one of our events or Model Tutorial Days.

You will be able to get advice on what types of modelling you are suited for, find out what the Academy has to offer, and get information about our Model Tutorial Days and popular portfolio shoots. Check out our latest event photos and portfolio folders to see how we can create your personal portfolio, and book onto upcoming events if you wish.

You are welcome to bring along any existing portfolio prints you have for Kerri to review, unlike other agencies or training schools we do not only take you on if you get images through us, which is a common scam in the industry. We will accept your current portfolio for your Academy profile and for us to represent you as long as it is up to date and of a professional quality (i.e no snapshots, or amateur studio shots in front of white sheets!)

Teen models are welcome to come along and meet with the Academy, and parents are welcome to come along for a chat as well. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

If you want to see how you get on in front of the camera before booking onto a private portfolio shoot or Model Tutorial Day then we can take some test shots of you. These will be for our use only but will give you an idea of how to pose and how you come across in front of the camera. As you will not be keeping the images this is a free of charge service we offer, if you enjoy your test shoot we can book you in for a professional portfolio shoot with one of our well published photographers.
